Soft-Touch(TM) Paste Retainer Upgrade Set for Permalex Holders Prior to R4d Rev 5 Large (Copy)

Soft-Touch Paste Retainers are a patented innovation exclusively offered by Transition Automation, Inc.  This upgrade kit allows any user of Transition Universal Permalex Holder and Blade assembly to upgrade to our latest Soft-Touch Paste Retainer design.  The unique design incorporates a parallelogram leaf-spring with an imbedded spring steel bias spring.  These paste retainers stay clear of solder paste by their mounting position behind the squeegee holder.  The side dam is adjustable and easily removable with the turn of a thumb screw - to help clean up and improve quality.  Dried solder paste is a menace for future production runs, so it's imperative to keep the squeegees clean and clear of dried paste.  These are available in a small size and larger size. All tools are included for this upgrade.
